Cancellation Policy & Important Information

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is very important to the Blowbar team! It is reserved especially for you. However, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 2 hours notice of cancellation (“Notice of Cancellation”) so that your cancelled appointment slot can be filled by another client. Although we love having you as our client, if four (4)  or more cancellations occur without the required Notice of Cancellation, or if you don’t show up in three (3) or more occasions without the required Notice of Cancellation,we will be forced to block your account and you won’t be able to schedule appointments at Blowbar.

 Important Information:

Our prices for one particular service do not vary due to hair length. However, duration of the appointment does. Therefore, please review your scheduling information prior to confirmation. Due to subsequent appointments we will be obliged to cancel your appointment or offer a shorter service if: (1) upon your arrival, the length of your hair does not match the information provided during the scheduling process; (2) if you arrive 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. CONFIRMATION CALLS: As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your appointment one business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals or missed appointments. PRIVACY POLICY:  Please note that all bookings are made through your Fresha account. Blowbar does not collect personal information. The information you provide herein is subject to Fresha’s Privacy Policy, to which you agreed when creating your Fresha account. We suggest contacting Fresha directly for information on their privacy practices. Nonetheless, from time to time we might have access to certain personal information from your Fresha Account. We will use and treat your personal information in accordance to our Privacy Policy, available at When confirming your appointment and using our services you confirm to have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy and Fresha’s Privacy Policy.
